Join us with teachers Megan Whiteside and Rebecca Jo as we head to the wild and untouched coast of Portugal in the Alentejo region. One of Europe’s best kept secrets, this picturesque coastline is littered with some of the world’s most beautiful, and empty, beaches. We’ll be staying just a few kilometers away from the ocean on a stunning property, Herdade da Matinha, with horses, gardens, trails, and plenty of space to relax and explore. Plus, the property is part of Rota Vicentina, a network of walking routes in the Southwest of Portugal that passes through some of the most beautiful places in the region which make it a great walking, hiking, and running destination. This retreat will be an opportunity to unplug and unwind, but we’ll get plenty of opportunity to adventure to check out local beaches, wines, and food. Think invigorating yoga practices followed by sunsets on the beach with a glass of wine in hand.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds may be issued depending on timing of the cancellation request. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 30 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 14 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. We understand nobody wants to cancel once your plans are made, but just in case please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early. Final payment for retreat balances are due 45 prior to beginning of retreat.
